(Video) Electric Scania truck deployed at LKAB mine in northern Sweden

LKAB, an iron ore mining company, has been operating the Scania 25P XT all-electic heavy tipper at their Malmberget mine.

The vehicle, which has a total weight including load of 49 tonnes, is used to transport residual products.

The electric truck has been tested in demanding conditions, including temperatures below -20 and steep hills. Despite these challenges, the vehicle has performed well and continues to be a valuable asset to the company’s operations.
