Schaeffler and Vitesco Technologies Group Sign Business Combination Agreement

Schaeffler AG, a global automotive and industrial supplier, has announced a voluntary public tender offer for all shares of Vitesco Technologies Group AG, a provider of powertrain technologies and electrification solutions.

This offer is in accordance with the German Securities Acquisition and Trading Act (Wertpapiererwerbs- und Übernahmegesetz) (“WpÜG”).
