ODU Releases New High-Holtage Modular Connector for Battery Testing

ODU, a connector manufacturer, is expanding its ODU-MAC® Blue-Line portfolio with the addition of a new 6 contacts high-voltage module. The module, which is compact in size, can transmit up to 1500 V per contact and only requires a space of 2 units for 6 contacts.

User safety was a primary consideration during the development of this module. This is ensured by the contact protection on the socket side. The module also offers a flexible termination cross-section of 0.14mm² to 1.5mm², providing variability and allowing for an optimal match to the respective strand.

The new module is suitable for a wide range of applications, including battery tests and as a mass interconnect interface. For more information, refer to the press releases in the sidebar.
