New Automotive Grade High Current Power Inductor VSRU27 Series

– Shenzhen-CODACA has introduced the new automotive grade high current power inductor VSRU27 series, with 8 inductance values from 0.1 to 15 microhenry, and a saturation current range of 23 to 101.5 Amps.– The VSRU27 series features a flat wire wound with low DC and AC resistance, an EE-shaped magnetic core for high DC bias current and anti-saturation, and a third terminal for improved soldering strength and vibration resistance.
Shenzhen-CODACA, a leading high current power inductor producer, has unveiled the new automotive grade high current power inductor VSRU27 series. The series offers 8 inductance values ranging from 0.1 to 15 microhenry, and a saturation current scope from 23 to 101.5 Amps.
The VSRU27 series employs flat wire winding, resulting in significantly low DC and AC resistance. This design contributes to high current capability, low temperature rise, and minimized losses. The series also boasts an EE-shaped magnetic core developed with a symmetrical air gap for optimal use of gap area, enhancing the DC bias current and anti-saturation ability.
The DC resistance of the VSRU27 series ranges from 0.46 to 1.92 milliohms, and it can operate within a temperature range of -55 to +150 degrees Celsius. An additional third terminal is incorporated to enhance soldering strength and vibration resistance.
The VSRU27 series is RoHS/REACH compliant and halogen-free. It is suited for a variety of applications including DC-DC converters, POL converters, high current switching power supplies, photovoltaic inverters, VRM modules, and other automotive applications.
The introduction of the VSRU27 series by CODACA will provide electric vehicle engineers with an efficient solution for high current power inductor needs. This will contribute to the development of more efficient and reliable electric vehicle power systems.
