ESI Group and FAW-Volkswagen TE sign agreement to advance automotive simulation technology

ESI Group, a provider of predictive physics modeling and virtual prototyping solutions, and FAW-Volkswagen TE have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance intelligent simulation technology in the automotive industry.

The partnership between is designed to address the challenges posed by China’s automotive safety regulations and to foster industry innovation. The two entities will work together to enhance efficiency in intelligent simulation and establish a localized automotive industry material database. This collaboration aims to contribute to a cleaner, safer, and more productive future.

As part of the MoU, a material testing and intelligent simulation joint laboratory has been established, marking a significant advancement in intelligent simulation, innovation, and research within the automotive sector.
